PlushBeds does not use customer personal data to train general-purpose large language models for PlushBeds.

AI-Generated Information

AI-generated responses or recommendations may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

AI-enabled PlushBeds features are not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Automated Decision-Making

PlushBeds does not use solely automated processing to make decisions concerning consumers that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless disclosed and permitted under applicable law.

Do Not Track

Some browsers historically offered a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting.

Because traditional DNT signals have not developed into a uniform legally recognized technical standard governing website responses, PlushBeds does not necessarily respond to traditional DNT signals merely because a browser transmits one.

This is different from legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals such as GPC, which PlushBeds processes where required by law as described above.

Third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or similar technologies may collect information concerning interactions with our Services over time and across websites or services where permitted by applicable law and applicable privacy choices.

Financial Incentives

PlushBeds may offer discounts, promotions, sweepstakes, loyalty benefits, email or SMS enrollment offers, or similar programs.

Not every promotion constitutes a regulated financial incentive.

15. CHILDREN AND TEENS

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children or teens.

PlushBeds does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in circumstances where the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act requires verifiable parental consent unless the required consent has been obtained.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete the information as required.

Minors

Certain state laws provide additional protections to minors.

Where PlushBeds knows, or applicable law requires us to treat a consumer as, a minor under 18, PlushBeds does not knowingly:
